Booking, Cancellation and Lateness policy
Whilst I understand, and empathise with life’s emergencies, I will need 24hrs notice if you are unable to attend a treatment session. Any sessions cancelled with less than a 24hrs notice will require a cancellation fee before a new session can be booked. If you wish to reschedule a treatment, 24hrs notice is required in order to rearrange a new session with no additional cost.
If you feel unwell and are concerned about a booked session, please contact me a minimum of 24hrs in advance, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.
If you arrive late for a booked session, I will endeavour to honour your full session if time permits.
If you do not attend your appointment on the day without prior cancellation, you will be charge in full for the appointment, there are no exceptions to this as I will be unable to allocated time to another client.
